Payment In Full In Advance Only
All major payment methods are accepted, including money orders, cashier’s checks, credit cards, and chapter checks for Ladies and Teens. Personal checks are not accepted.
For mailed payments, checks must be postmarked by March 6, 2026, for Regular Registration, and by March 15, 2026, for Late Registration. All checks should be made payable to TLOD Area I.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 12:01 AM
Cancellation Policy:
The final date to cancel registration is March 15, 2026. Cancellations will result in a fee equal to 50% of the registration amount. All cancellation requests must be submitted to the National Area I Director, Lady Rhonda Harris, for approval at areaonedirector16@hotmail.com. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 15, 2026
