Welcome to the Area II 43rd Annual Leadership Conference Vendor Registration Portal
This registration portal is for vendors who wish to secure exhibit space for the
Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Area II 43rd Annual Leadership Conference.
Helpful Registration Information
1. Vendors should not attempt to log in to a ClubExpress member account. This portal is for vendors only (non-members).
2. Ladies, Lords, Top Teens, and Inductees should not register through this portal.
3. Paper registrations are not accepted. All vendor registrations must be completed online.
4. Vendors must review and acknowledge all terms and conditions during registration.
TLOD Vendor Policy
Vendors must ensure that all merchandise exhibited or sold contains absolutely no obscene messages,
signs, or drug-related symbols or paraphernalia. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.
Booth Space
Booth space includes two (2) six-foot x 30-inch tables and two (2) chairs.
All displays must remain within the assigned space.

Vendor space is located on the same floor as conference activities at the

damage, or injury to vendor property or personnel and agree to comply with all hotel regulations.
