Welcome to the Syn-Lod 2017 Registration Portal for Vendors & Chaperones
All Vendors and Chaperones will register here. The registration portal is only for non-member Chaperones. If you are a members, please use the Ladies & Lords Registration Portal.
Helpful Registration Tips
1. Do not attempt to login to an account to register. This portal is for non-members
2. Ladies, Lords, and Teens should NOT register here.
3. You have 30 minutes to complete the registration process once you start.
4. Chaperones MUST complete the
Chaperone Background Check Form
30 days prior to the conference. Click here for

A late fee will be applied to your registration starting May 1.
You can opt to pay by check until May 1. Starting May 2, the only payment option will be credit card. All check payments must be received by May 31 or your registration will be cancelled - no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:
You can modify, transfer or cancel your registration until June 1. After June 1, there will be no modifications, cancellations or transfers.
A cancellation fee of $125 applies to all registrants. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Lady Sandra Jennings, National Financial Secretary.
All refunds (regardless of the form of payment) will be issued by check by September 1, 2017.

Syn-Lod Vendor/Chaperone Registration
Details:
Vendor registration includes 2 tables and 2 chairs. Each additional table is $50. Lodging and meals are not included. May purchase tickets to events for separate fee.
Chaperone registration includes Bag, Badge, All TTA events and joint events
Ticket Only registration is for purchasing individual tickets without registering for the conference.

Details:
Attendee will have access to a mobile event app. Vendors are being offered the opportunity to be featured in the mobile event app.
Benefits for being a FEATURED vendor/exhibitor ($100)
• Participants will have detailed information at their fingertips about the vendor and items at the booth.
• Event organizers will post one (1) special sale or offer specifically for the featured vendor. (Instant message sent to all attendees)
Benefits for being a SPONSOR vendor/exhibitor ($200)
• All the benefits of a featured vendor
• Event organizers will post up to three (3) special sales or offers specifically for the sponsor vendor. (Instant message sent to all attendees)
• Attendees can access the sponsor list on the main event app page.
• Sponsor banner is highlighted on the event app pages that attendees most frequently visit (maximum exposure). Banner is rotated if there is more than one sponsor.
